at the Norwood Recreation Center
My classes are grounded in the belief that yoga should feel welcoming, practical, and connected to everyday life. Each practice offers space to slow down, build strength and mobility, and reconnect with yourself without pressure or expectation.
All levels are welcome. You do not need to be flexible or experienced—just bring a mat, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to meet yourself where you are.
